Paul Martin - Chief Investment Officer - Managing Partner	Paul Martin is the managing partner and chief investment officer of Martin Capital Advisors, LLP, a registered investment advisor with offices in Austin and San Antonio. The firm was founded in New York City in 1989 and moved to Texas in 1990. Mr. Martin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal arts from St. John’s College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in 1980 and is an active supporter of the college. As a member of the Board of Visitors and Governors of St. John’s College, Mr. Martin chaired the investment committee and was instrumental in establishing a formal investment policy for the college. He has been active in the St. John’s College Alumni Association for many years and is currently president of the Austin/San Antonio chapter. Mr. Martin is a former board member and president of both the Southwest Texas Council of American Youth Hostels and the Austin chapter of the American Association of Individual Investors. He has served as vice president of The Jung Society of Austin, treasurer and secretary of the Austin Investment Association and chairman of the investment committee of the Board of Governors of the Middle East Institute. He is a member of the CFA Societies of Austin and San Antonio, the alumni association of the San Antonio Masters Leadership Program, and a lifetime member of the Naval War College Foundation and the UDT-SEAL Association. Through membership in a variety of cultural and civic organizations, including currently serving as vice president of the McNay Contemporary Collectors Forum, he is an active participant in the Austin and San Antonio communities. Additionally, Mr. Martin is a retired U.S. Naval Reserve commander. As a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO), his service included eight years in Naval Special Warfare and a two-year tour as a U.S. Naval Reserve SEAL Team commanding officer. e-mail Mr. Martin

Colton Krueger - Economic Analyst	Colton Krueger began working with Martin Capital in early 2009. His responsibilities include collecting economic data and preparing economic charts and reports. He is also responsible for maintaining and developing the Martin Capital website. Mr. Krueger is a senior at DePauw University and will complete his B.A. in Economics in May 2010. During the spring of 2009, he was an exchange student in Economics and Philosophy at Oxford University. At DePauw he held a year-long internship as the web developer for the office of Student Life and also the office of Greek Life. In another internship, he used Geographic Information Systems to provide technical analysis for a wide range of applications, including admissions recruitment, assisting professors with research, and mapping DePauw’s electrical grid. e-mail Mr. Krueger

David James, CFA, CMT - Director of Trading and Technical Analysis - Partner	David James joined Martin Capital in the spring of 2004 as Director of Technical Analysis. He keeps track of market trends and indicators, alerting chief investment officer Paul Martin to any changes in the technical picture of the markets. Prior to his association with Martin Capital Advisors, he was head trader and assistant portfolio manager for Capital Cities Asset Management (CCAM) from 2000-2004. Mr. James was instrumental in the establishment of CCAM’s in-house mutual fund, and was in charge of the day-to-day operations of the fund. His duties at CCAM also included client services and writing and editing for the All Star Fund Trader newsletter. Mr. James has a B.A. degree in music from Berklee College of Music in Boston and an M.F.A. degree in music composition from the University of Texas at Austin. Though his background was in music, Mr. James developed a keen interest in the stock market in the early 1990’s. He began trading his own accounts at that time and became active in the Austin Chapter of American Association of Individual Investors (AAII). He has conducted monthly educational meetings for local AAII members for many years, focusing on options and investment and trading strategies. He is currently President of the Austin chapter of AAII. Eileen Vanderlee - Partner	Ms. Vanderlee is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds a Master of Business Degree in Management from the University of Chicago. She was an instructor in accounting and business management at Tyler Junior College for thirteen years and was active in College Christian Youth Programs. Prior to joining Martin Capital Advisors in 1993, Ms. Vanderlee worked as manager of family trusts in Oklahoma for ten years and holds the designation of Certified Minerals Manager. Ms. Vanderlee formerly served as Investment Services Director. She is now retired but continues to provide ad hoc investment services support. Active in community affairs, she is on the board of the Austin International Hostel, where she has served as treasurer. She is also a member of the board of the Austin Lyric Opera Guild, and a member and past president of the Austin chapter of the American Association of Individual Investors. e-mail Ms. Vanderlee
